Sharp-Roxy Sales & Service Company (M) Sdn. Bhd. (SRSSC) is taking part in a program to promote the use of energy-efficient appliances spearheaded by the Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water (KeTTHA). Under this program, called SAVE (Sustainability Achieved via Energy Efficiency) Rebate Program, consumers receive a rebate from 100 ~ 200 Ringgit (approx. 2,400 ~ 4,800 yen) when they purchase an appliance with a 5-Star energy-efficiency rating. Among the qualifying products are 35 Sharp refrigerator models and 8 Sharp air conditioner models.

Sharp will contribute to the spread of energy-efficient products through the continued development of high-energy-performing appliances.
